For Events priced $150 -$600, a
Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit of $150 must be
paid to reserve the vehicle of your request.
Or for Events priced over $600, a Non-Refundable Reservation
Deposit of Half of the event price up to $500 must
be made to reserve the vehicle. We will not reserve your
request until Payment is made and funds are in our account.
If you choose to Pay by Credit Card,
we will Charge your Credit Card
the Balance of the Event Price, within 14 days
of the Event. The Refundable
Damage Deposit if required
see below, will also be
charged at this time.
Cancellation Policy is as follows:
If you cancel we will keep the Reservation Deposit + the
following scheduled charges:
- 30 or more days before event you agree to pay 25% of
the balance for the
Full Event price.
- 14-29 days of event you agree to pay 50% of the balance
for the
Full Event price.
- 3-13 days of event you agree to pay 80% of the balance
for the
Full Event price.
If you cancel 48 hours before event - you agree to pay 100% of
the Full Event price.
Refundable
Damage Deposit
(This is different from the
Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit)
For Bar hopping, Including Bachelor/ette events: In addition
to the
Reservation Deposit a Damage Deposit of $150 may be added to
the Reservation
Price and, unless damage occurs, will be refunded
within 2 days after the
event.
If there are damages that exceed the Damage Deposit the
customer
will pay for all damages.
Damage Fee's:
- Lost or Broken Glasses - $10 per Glass
- Minor damages including burn holes: (note Limo's are
No Smoking)
If anyone in the party makes any minor damages including burn
holes
they will be charged for the full price of the repair plus
downtime
at $20/hour while in the shop.
- Any major damage such that would render the Limo
unusable until
fixed customer will be charged the full price of repair, plus
the
Full Event Prices of any events the Limo was scheduled for or
had to turn down because of.
